  • We specialize in new construction and remodels for both residential and commercial clients. From start to finish, we combine traditional and modern processes and procedures to plan and oversee a project to completion. Additionally, we handle a variety of handyman services on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are located in the high plains of the Texas panhandle, primarily operating in Amarillo, and its surrounding area. We are also open to doing business anywhere our clients need us.

  • We hire who we consider to be the best fit for the job and agree to operate at our level of expectation. We prefer to use local vendors and contractors as much as possible, with the exception being when products or specialty trades are not locally available. We are also committed to doing our part in supporting the next generation of our industry by hiring college interns in the areas of architecture, engineering, drafting and graphic design from both Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University.

  • The need for an engineer largely depends on the regulations set by the city or state for the specific project, as well as any structural safety/integrity requirements. We typically hire an engineer for large-scale jobs we undertake.

  • The time it takes to build a custom home can vary significantly based on numerous factors. Site preparation, size, complexity, weather conditions, labor and material availability, and permitting are some of the factors that can impact a project’s timeline. While we are unable to give an exact timeframe, we will always provide our best estimate based on the specifications of your project. Adhering to a well-defined plan, making informed decisions, and proactively placing orders and authorizing work can help streamline the completion of a project.
